Michael Connelly
Michael Joseph Connelly is an American crime fiction author born July 21, 1956, best known for his detective novels featuring LAPD Detective Harry Bosch and criminal defense attorney Mickey Haller. He has written forty-two novels with over 90 million copies sold worldwide in forty-five languages, and won the Mystery Writers of America Edgar Award for Best First Novel in 1992 for The Black Echo. He is also an executive producer of multiple television adaptations including Bosch, Bosch: Legacy, The Lincoln Lawyer, and Ballard.
