Meredith Hayden, known as Wishbone Kitchen, is a private chef, content creator, recipe developer, and cookbook author who rose to fame by posting videos of her workday as a live-in chef in the Hamptons for clients like fashion designer Joseph Altuzarra.[1][2][3] After graduating from Clemson University and working in ad sales at Vogue, she attended the Institute of Culinary Education, completed an externship at Charlie Bird, and launched her TikTok account in 2020, amassing millions of followers.[2][4] Her debut cookbook, 'The Wishbone Kitchen Cookbook,' became a New York Times bestseller in May 2025.[2][3]
