Matthew Polesetsky

Matthew P. Polesetsky is a business transactions attorney with over 25 years of experience in private practice and as general counsel for public and private media and technology companies.[1] He served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Demand Media, Inc. from 2010 to 2014, Chief Legal Officer at Uproxx Media, and General Counsel at Woven Digital LLC.[3][4][5] Since late 2018, he has been a partner at Foundation Law Group in Los Angeles, specializing in financing, employment, and commercial transactions.[1][2]
