Matthew Christian Reinhart

Matthew Christian Reinhart (born September 21, 1971) is an American writer, illustrator, and paper engineer renowned for his intricate children's pop-up books. Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Gary and Judith Reinhart, he initially studied biology at Clemson University and industrial design at Pratt Institute before apprenticing with Robert Sabuda and breaking into pop-up books with titles like The Pop-Up Book of Phobias and the Encyclopedia Prehistorica series.[1][2]
