Matt Brzycki
Matt Brzycki is a strength and conditioning educator, coach, and author known for books on strength training, including *Maximize Your Training* and *A Practical Approach to Strength Training*. He has worked at Princeton University and later as a lecturer in the Department of Kinesiology and Health at Rutgers University, with more than 40 years of collegiate experience in coaching, administration, and instruction.[2][3]
