Martin Booth
Martin Booth was an English novelist, poet, biographer, travel writer, and screenwriter. He was born in Lancashire, moved to Hong Kong as a child, and much of his writing reflects themes of cultural displacement and international experience; his novel *The Industry of Souls* was shortlisted for the Booker Prize.
