Mark Featherstone

Professor Mark Featherstone is a British sociologist and Professor of Social and Political Theory at Keele University, UK, specializing in social theory, critical theory, psychoanalysis, and the sociology of utopias and dystopias. He is the author of several books including 'Tocqueville’s Virus: Utopia and Dystopia in Western Social and Political Theory' (2007) and 'Planet Utopia: Utopia, Dystopia, and the Global Imaginary' (2017), and serves as editor of the journal Cultural Politics.
