Marian Rumsey

Mary Harriman Rumsey was an American social activist, government official, and heiress best known as the founder of the Junior League and as chair of the Consumer Advisory Board of the National Recovery Administration. She was a prominent advocate for social reform and consumer protection in the early 20th century.
