Margot Kassmann

Margot Käßmann is a German Lutheran theologian, pastor, and church leader known for serving as bishop of the Evangelical-Lutheran Church of Hanover and later as chairwoman of the Council of the Evangelical Church in Germany (EKD). She has also been active as an author and public speaker on faith, ethics, peace, and social issues.
