Margaret Peterson Haddix

Margaret Peterson Haddix is an American author known for her children's and young adult fiction, especially the Shadow Children and The Missing series. Before becoming a novelist, she worked as a newspaper copy editor, reporter, and college instructor, and she has published more than 50 books for children and teens.
