Maori Murota

Maori Murota is a Japanese cook and food author known for sharing Japanese home-cooking recipes and for working in both catering and cooking instruction. She was born and raised in Tokyo, later lived in New York and Indonesia, and settled in Paris in 2003 before moving from fashion into food in 2009.
