M. Zouhair Atassi

M. Zouhair Atassi is a distinguished biochemist and Professor Emeritus at Baylor College of Medicine, where he held the Robert A. Welch Chair from 1983 to 2017.[1] His research focuses on the mechanisms of autoimmunity, molecular recognition, and protection against botulinum neurotoxins.[1] He is also the author of the textbook 'Molecular Immunology: A Textbook'.[3]
