Lynn Andrew

Lyn Andrews (born Lynda M. Andrews in 1943) is a British novelist known for her historical sagas set in Liverpool, Ireland, and the Isle of Man. Born in Liverpool to Joseph and Monica Ormesher, she lost her father on D-Day at nine months old, worked as a secretary, married policeman Robert Andrews in 1967, and had triplets in 1970 before beginning her writing career. She has authored over 40 bestselling novels, many reaching the top of the Sunday Times list, and was shortlisted for the Romantic Novel of the Year in 1993.
