Luis Puig

Luis Puig Esteve was a prominent Spanish sports executive and the President of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) from 1981 until his death in 1990. He also served on the Spanish Olympic Committee and was president of the Spanish Cycling Federation, making significant contributions to sports administration in the 20th century.
