Luanne Rice
Luanne Rice is a New York Times bestselling American novelist known for her 36-37 novels translated into 26-30 languages, often exploring themes of love, family, nature, and the sea.[1][2][4] She debuted in 1985 with Angels All Over Town and has received awards including the 2014 Connecticut Governor’s Arts Award and an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from St. Joseph College.[2][4] An advocate for mental health awareness and environmental causes, she lives in New York City and Old Lyme, Connecticut.[5][6]
