Louise Penny
Louise Penny is a Canadian crime-fiction author best known for her Chief Inspector Armand Gamache series set in Quebec, which has sold millions of copies worldwide and topped bestseller lists.[1][4] Previously a radio host and journalist with the CBC, she debuted with 'Still Life' in 2005, winning multiple awards including the CWA New Blood Dagger and Agatha Awards.[3] She has received the Order of Canada and l’Ordre national du Québec, and lives in a village south of Montréal.[2][3]
