Lisa Papademetriou is an American author of young adult fiction, best known for books like Sixth-Grade Glommers, Norks, and Me and The Wizard, the Witch, and Two Girls from Jersey. Born in Houston, Texas, she graduated from Vassar College in 1993 and has worked as an editor for publishers including Scholastic, HarperCollins, and Disney Press, authoring or adapting over 30 books for young readers since 2005.[1][2][4]
