Linda Bailey is a Canadian children's author born in 1948 who has written nearly 40 books, including the Stevie Diamond mystery series and Mary Who Wrote Frankenstein. Her work has won several awards, including the Vicky Metcalf Award for Literature for Young People.[1][3]
