Liliane Welch

Liliane (Meyer) Welch was a Luxembourg-born Canadian professor and writer, born in Esch-sur-Alzette in 1937. She earned degrees from the University of Montana and Pennsylvania State University, taught French Studies at Mount Allison University for more than thirty years, and was also active as a poet and literary figure in New Brunswick.[1]
