Lewis Falley Allen

Lewis Falley Allen (1800–1890) was an American farmer, businessman, and politician known for introducing his uncle-in-law, President Grover Cleveland, to law and politics. He arrived in Buffalo, New York in 1827, accumulated wealth through the insurance industry, and became a prominent cattle breeder and horticulturalist who promoted elm tree planting in the city.
