Les Kelley

R. Leslie (Les) Kelley was an American car dealer who began publishing the Kelley Blue Book in 1926, which became the standard reference for establishing automobile market value in the used-car industry. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and died at his home in Los Angeles at age 93.
