Leonard Gross

Leonard Gross (born February 24, 1931) is an American mathematician and Professor Emeritus of Mathematics at Cornell University, renowned for his rigorous contributions to functional analysis, quantum field theory, and white noise analysis. He has made fundamental advances in the mathematical study of infinite-dimensional spaces and hypercontractivity, with applications spanning probability theory and constructive field theories.
