Lee Jacobs

Clarence Lee Jacobs (1927-1968), known as Leej, was an LA-based science fiction fan active since the late 1940s. He was a member of LASFS and WSFA, and contributed to fandom through writing and publishing, including the famous Ballard Chronicles.
