Lawrence A. Cunningham
Lawrence A. Cunningham (born July 10, 1962) is a Delaware native, American author, professor, lawyer, and leading expert on corporate governance, particularly known for his work on Berkshire Hathaway and Warren Buffett. He served as Henry St. George Tucker III Research Professor of Law Emeritus at George Washington University Law School until retiring in 2022, founded the Quality Shareholders Group, and currently directs the John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance at the University of Delaware. His influential books include The Essays of Warren Buffett and The AIG Story, and he serves on boards such as Markel Group and Constellation Software.[1][2][3][4]
