Laura Jeffery

Laura Jeffery is Professor of Anthropology of Migration in the School of Social and Political Science at the University of Edinburgh, where she also serves as Dean of Research in the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences.[1][2] She specializes in forced displacement, migration studies, environmental knowledge, and the politics of conservation, with extensive work on the displaced Chagossian community.[3][5] She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).[3]
