L. W. de Laurence, born Lauron William de Laurence, was an American occult author, publisher, and hypnotist active in the early 20th century. He became known for publishing and distributing esoteric and spiritual works through his Chicago-based business, De Laurence, Scott & Co., and for his controversial role in occult circles.[1][2]
