Kristin Harmel

Kristin Harmel is a New York Times bestselling American novelist born in Newton, Massachusetts, who began her writing career at age 16 as a sports reporter before becoming a journalist for PEOPLE magazine. She is known for her historical fiction novels, including The Book of Lost Names, The Forest of Vanishing Stars, and The Winemaker's Wife, which have been translated into more than 30 languages and optioned for film and television.
