Koldo Casla

Koldo Casla is a legal scholar and human rights expert at the University of Essex, where he has served as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in International Law and Director of the Human Rights Centre Clinic. His work focuses on international law, human rights, and housing rights, and in 2026 he was appointed UN Special Rapporteur on the right to adequate housing.
