Kevin K. Kumashiro

Dr. Kevin K. Kumashiro is an internationally recognized expert on educational policy, school reform, teacher preparation, and educational equity and social justice. He is an award-winning author and educator who founded the Center for Anti-Oppressive Education and has served as dean at multiple universities, including the University of San Francisco and Hofstra University. His scholarly work focuses on anti-oppressive education and social justice in schools, supported by over $4 million in federal grants.
