Kerri Lake

Kari Lake (likely intended as 'Kerri Lake') is an American political figure, former television news anchor, and author who released the best-selling book Unafraid in 2023. Born in Rock Island, Illinois, and raised in Iowa, she earned a B.A. in communications and journalism from the University of Iowa in 1991 before building a long career as an anchor at KSAZ-TV in Phoenix, Arizona, from 1999 to 2021. She transitioned into politics, running unsuccessfully for Arizona governor in 2022 and U.S. Senate in 2024, and currently serves as Senior Advisor for the United States Agency for Global Media in the Trump Administration.
