Kerrelyn Sparks is a New York Times bestselling romance author best known for her Love at Stake series featuring vampires and shifters, which peaked at number 5 on the New York Times list and 22 on USA Today, and her newer Embraced series set on another planet.[1][4][5] She began her career writing historical romances, winning awards like the PRISM Award and Texas Gold Award for How to Marry a Millionaire Vampire.[3] Sparks lives with her family in the Greater Houston area of Texas.[1][2]
