Kerem Turunç

Kerem Turunç is a Turkish lawyer, investor, and author who serves as the managing partner of TURUNÇ, a full-service law firm in Istanbul, specializing in international finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.[1][2][4][5] A graduate of Yale University (B.A., 2000) and the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D., 2005), he previously practiced at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York and London before joining TURUNÇ as partner in 2010.[4][5][6] He has published on various subjects, lectured at institutions like Harvard Law School and New York University, and maintains a personal interest in Old World wine, Fenerbahçe, and UVA Basketball.[5]
