Kenneth A. Oye

Kenneth Akito Oye is an American political scientist and professor at MIT with joint appointments in Political Science and Data Systems and Society. He is best known for his work on regime theory, international political economy, and technology policy, and currently directs MIT's Program on Emerging Technologies. His research focuses on international relations, political economy, and planned adaptation in the face of emerging technologies.
