Kendall A. King is a Professor of Multilingual Education at the University of Minnesota, specializing in language policy, bilingual education, and language revitalization. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997 and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1991. King has received numerous awards, including the Distinguished Scholarship and Service Award in 2024, and maintains a robust publication record in applied linguistics.[2]
