Ken Blanchard
Kenneth Hartley Blanchard (born May 6, 1939) is an American author, business consultant, and motivational speaker renowned for co-authoring the bestselling book *The One Minute Manager*, which has sold over 15 million copies. He co-developed the Situational Leadership model with Paul Hersey and co-founded The Ken Blanchard Companies in 1979, serving as its Chief Spiritual Officer. Blanchard has authored or co-authored more than 70 books on leadership and management, emphasizing servant leadership and positive reinforcement.
