Katie Gillespie, PhD, is Head of Research at Sympler with over 15 years of experience in qualitative social science research. She began her career in academia, applying ethnographic methods in her own research and teaching qualitative methods and topics-based courses in the social sciences. Her work is driven by a passion for intellectual inquiry, ethnography, and understanding human experience in the modern world.[8]
