Kathe Schirmacher
Käthe Schirmacher (1865–1930) was a German writer, journalist, and prominent women's rights activist who became one of the leading figures of the radical wing of the bourgeois women's movement in the 1890s. She was also a politician, serving as a member of the German National Assembly in 1919, and is recognized as one of the first women to earn a doctorate in Germany.
