Kate Locke
Kate Locke is one of several pen names used by Canadian-born author Kathryn Smith, born in 1971. Under the Kate Locke name, she wrote the steampunk-tinged urban fantasy Immortal Empire series, including God Save the Queen, The Queen Is Dead, and Long Live the Queen.
