Karina Nielsen

Karina Nielsen (1973–2024) was a globally recognised and influential work psychologist who specialised in participatory organisational interventions to promote employee wellbeing. She was a Professor of Work Psychology at the University of Sheffield's Institute of Work Psychology and co-authored the practical guide 'Designing, Implementing, and Evaluating Sustainable Interventions'.
