Justus Hartnack

Johan Justus Daniel Gustav Volmer Hartnack (1912-2005) was a Danish philosopher, Dr. Phil., and professor who earned his Dr. Phil. in 1950 from the University of Copenhagen. He founded the Department of Philosophy at Aarhus University in 1954, serving as professor there until 1972, after which he continued his career in the USA. Hartnack authored works on Wittgenstein, Hegel, Kant, and the history of epistemology.[1][2][3][5][6]
