Judith Cook

Judith Cook (1933-2004) was a prolific British writer, journalist, and anti-nuclear campaigner known for her investigative work, crime novels, biographies, and theatre studies. She began her career at The Guardian, founded the anti-nuclear group Voice of Women after the Cuban Missile Crisis, and authored books on topics like the death of Hilda Murrell, biographies of J.B. Priestley and Daphne du Maurier, and historical fiction featuring Elizabethan doctor Simon Forman.[1][2][3]
