Judi Barrett

Judi Barrett is an American author and art teacher born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1941. She is best known for her imaginative children's picture books, including the award-winning Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (1978) and Animals Should Definitely Not Wear Clothing. She studied advertising design at the Pratt Institute and continues to teach art to kindergarten students in Brooklyn.
