Joyce Eserky Goldstein

Joyce Eserky Goldstein (born July 17, 1935) is an acclaimed American chef and author, known for her influential work in Mediterranean and Jewish cuisine, including her restaurant Square One in San Francisco. She is a two-time James Beard Foundation Award winner and has contributed significantly to the culinary world through her books and consulting.
