Josh Russell
Josh Russell is an acclaimed American novelist, short story writer, and essayist born in Carbondale, Illinois, who currently serves as Director of the Creative Writing Program and Distinguished University Professor of English at Georgia State University. He is known for his novels including 'Yellow Jack' and 'A True History of the Captivation, Transport to Strange Lands, and Deliverance of Hannah Guttentag,' as well as his contributions to literary fiction and creative nonfiction. Russell has received numerous awards, including a National Endowment for the Arts Literature Fellowship and the Independent Publisher Book Awards Bronze Medal for Literary Fiction.
