Jonathan Powell

Jonathan Nicholas Powell is a British civil servant, former diplomat, and author known for his role as Tony Blair’s Chief of Staff and Chief British Negotiator on Northern Ireland. He founded the conflict-resolution charity Inter Mediate and has written several books on peace, power, and armed conflict.
