Jonathan Kellerman
Jonathan Kellerman is an American novelist and psychologist, best known for his Alex Delaware mystery series featuring a child psychologist who consults for the LAPD. Born in New York City in 1949, he earned a PhD in psychology and worked in pediatric oncology before publishing his debut novel, When the Bough Breaks, in 1985, which became a New York Times bestseller and won major awards. He has authored over 40 crime novels, along with nonfiction and children's books, often collaborating with his wife Faye and son Jesse Kellerman.[1][3][4]
