Jon S. Bailey

Jon S. Bailey is Professor Emeritus of Psychology at Florida State University, where he earned his PhD from the University of Kansas and mentored 63 PhD students over 38 years as the sole behavior analyst in his department.[1][2][3] He founded the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis in 1980, advanced organizational behavior management, and published extensively in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, while creating the popular ABAEthicsHotline.com.[1][2][4] Now semi-retired, he teaches in the top-ranked FSU Panama City Master's in ABA program and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) and Fellow of ABAI and APA.[1][2]
