Jon Kabat-Zinn
Jon Kabat-Zinn is an American professor and the creator of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, which has been widely integrated into medicine and psychology. He is the founding executive director of the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and a prolific author on mindfulness and meditation. His work has helped bring mindfulness into mainstream healthcare and society.
