John Wesley Hanson

John Wesley Hanson (1823–1901) was an American Universalist minister, historian, and author from Boston. He is best known for advocating Universalism and for writing works arguing that early Christianity taught universal salvation. He also served in ministry in New Hampshire and became a prominent figure in Universalist literature.
