John M. Dailey
John M. Dailey was a New York lawyer and public servant who graduated from Harvard Law School in 1955 after earning a Bachelor of Science from Niagara University. He spent much of his career as chief counsel for the New York State Racing and Wagering Board, with a notable stint as second chair in a victorious 1979 US Supreme Court case. After retiring in the late 1990s, he split his time between Albion, New York, and Deland, Florida.
